When you purchase or sign up for RetailEase, we collect your name and email address for account creation and license delivery. If you contact us or fill out a form on our website, we store the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to send your license key or account details, important product updates, and security notices. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell or rent your data to any third party.

Application Data Storage

How your store data is stored depends on which version of RetailEase you use.

Offline version: all your store data including sales, inventory, and customer records is stored locally on your own machine. We have no access to it.

Online and web versions: your store data is synced to our cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. We store it solely to provide the service to you and do not access it for any other purpose.

Website contact form submissions are stored securely and deleted within 90 days of resolution.

Third Parties

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. For the online and web versions, we use Supabase for cloud data storage. We do not share your personal information with any other third parties and we do not use advertising networks or tracking pixels.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us through the contact page on our website. We will respond within 30 days. You may also unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
